世恆生技(以下簡稱本公司)為專注於保健食品產業的一站式 CDMO 服務平台,服務範疇涵蓋原料供應、產品設計、加工製造至上市後輔導。
透過高度整合的商業模式,本公司有效降低客戶產品開發門檻,縮短上市時程,協助品牌快速切入市場並提升整體商品化成功率。核心管理團隊成員來自大型保健食品原料商、直銷體系及製造相關企業,累積近二十年產業高階管理與實務經驗,對市場趨勢、產品定位、通路結構與法規環境具備深度理解。
此一經驗優勢使本公司不僅提供製造代工服務,更能以「產品成功率」為導向,協助客戶進行完整的商品策略規劃,建立長期且高黏著度的合作關係。
憑藉多年深耕國際供應鏈所累積的關鍵優勢,本公司已與國內外原料供應商、委外製造商、包材供應商及品質檢測單位建立穩定的策略聯盟體系。

Company Background

Grit Biotechnology (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is positioned as a one-stop CDMO service platform dedicated to the nutraceutical and dietary supplement industry. Our services cover the entire product lifecycle, including raw material sourcing, product design, manufacturing, and post-launch support (fig.01). Through a highly integrated business model, the Company effectively lowers product development barriers, shortens time-to-market, and enables brands to enter the market efficiently while improving overall commercialization success rates.

The core management team is composed of senior executives from leading nutraceutical ingredient suppliers, direct selling organizations, and manufacturing-related enterprises, collectively bringing nearly two decades of industry leadership and hands-on experience. With deep insights into market trends, product positioning, distribution structures, and regulatory environments, the Company goes beyond traditional contract manufacturing by adopting a “product success–driven” approach. This enables us to support clients with comprehensive commercialization strategies and establish long-term, high-retention partnerships.

Leveraging key advantages accumulated through years of engagement in global supply chains, the Company has established stable strategic alliances with domestic and international ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and quality testing institutions (fig.02). In addition to continuously introducing internationally differentiated and patent-backed branded ingredients to maintain our leadership in market intelligence and product planning, the Company integrates overseas manufacturing quotations and production resources to deliver cost-effective and globally competitive product solutions. Our service scope further extends to imported packaging wholesale and intellectual property coordination, strengthening supply chain control and operational leverage.

Beyond its core CDMO business, the Company actively invests in industry–academia collaborations. Several products with proven market validation are currently generating stable sales in the domestic market, demonstrating the scalability and commercial viability of our business model. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to introduce innovative technologies with global development potential. Through collaborative and licensing models with academic institutions, combined with our marketing deployment and international trade network, we aim to accelerate the commercialization of R&D成果 and expand into overseas markets—driving sustained growth in operating scale, margin structure, and long-term profitability.

1. 保健食品原料經銷

Health Supplement Ingredient Distribution

代理與供應國際趨勢品牌原料、常備功能性原料、產學合作開發原料,以及相關包裝材料,協助客戶快速導入具市場競爭力的原料解決方案。

We distribute internationally trending branded ingredients, standard functional raw materials, industry–academia co-developed ingredients, and related packaging materials, enabling clients to adopt competitive ingredient solutions efficiently.

2. OEM/ODM 委託製造服務

OEM / ODM Contract Manufacturing

整合國內外優質代工廠資源,提供保健食品 OEM/ODM 產品之配方開發、試產與量產服務,確保品質穩定與生產效率。

By leveraging qualified domestic and international manufacturing partners, we provide OEM/ODM formulation development, pilot production, and mass manufacturing services with consistent quality and efficiency.

 

3. CDMO 專案型商品設計與開發

CDMO Project-Based Product Development

提供專案型 CDMO 服務,涵蓋配方設計、市場分析、半成品與成品製造、行銷簡報製作,以及上市後諮詢與輔導,協助客戶完整落實商品化。

We deliver project-based CDMO services, including formulation design, market analysis, semi-finished and finished product manufacturing, marketing presentation development, and post-launch consultation, ensuring end-to-end commercialization execution.
